A new and fresh concept was born out of passion for cooking - Dodo Bistro Boutique. Dodo is a extinct bird species, described by the 14th century explorers as a kind, nobil and "very tasty" animal. You will find the same values in your culinary experience at Dodo Bistro.

There is only one "secret" in the things you will taste at Dodo Bistro - the team's passion to cook, created and guided by George Andrei - Culinary Chef Artist, winner of several awards and chef and teacher at the romanian cooking school. He is the mastermind of what we call today Dodo Bistro Boutique.

We give special attention when we choose the ingredients for your meal, and that's the first thing you will notice on your plate. Always fresh, always premium and generous size meals for a healthy diet. We want you to discover the Dodo experience, and come back as soon and as often as posible.

For now, we have opened our first location in Timisoara, the city the idea was born in.
